Achia Floyd serves as the Director of Foundation Relations and Community, in which she oversees planning and execution for foundation grants, individual giving, and communications in support of Sphinx's mission to transform lives through the power of diversity in the arts. Before joining Sphinx, Achia launched her development career as an intern for the National Repertory Orchestra and most recently served as Associate Director of Development for the Atlanta Music Project.

Achia is an alumnus of Sphinx LEAD cohort 3 and the LACNA Foundation BIPOC Executive Leadership in the Arts fellowship. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from the Florida State University, a Master of Music degree in Flute Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a Master of Arts degree in Arts Administration from the Florida State University.

The versatile violinist, Josh Henderson is quickly gaining international recognition as a musician for all seasons. He has performed classical music in venues all over the world including prestigious European concert halls such as The Gasteig in Munich, Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center in our nation’s capital, Beijing’s Forbidden City, as well as high energy electric violin performances in iconic venues of popular music such as Manhattan’s Hammerstein Ballroom, Webster Hall, Le Poisson Rouge, and High-line Ballroom among others

Six-time Grammy-nominated Ashanti Floyd, known as The Mad Violinist, is one of the topproducers, violinists, string arrangers, and performers in the world. He picked up his first violin at the age of three with strong inspiration from his mother. Floyd is now musically accomplished in over 30instruments. He is highly established in the music industry as a producer and recording artist for over 30 albums, and credited on platinum hits including “The Show Goes On” by Lupe Fiasco, “Right Above It” by Lil Wayne featuring Drake, and many others. One of Ashanti’s most notablemainstream accomplishments is with will.i.am on Nicki Minaj’s album, The Pinkprint, while producing and being featured on the violin; Nicki personally flew him in as one her favorite musicians. Other notables, Fantasia Barrino, Kawan Prather, Kane Beatz, & Malay in which he has all received nominations with.
