Viola Coach, Javacya Elite Chamber Orchestra

Ashley Hagadorn-Brien is the viola coach for the Javacya Conservatory’s Elite Chamber Orchestra.

Violist, violinist, conductor, and educator Ashley Hagadorn-Brien was born and raised in South Florida and moved to Tallahassee over ten years ago. She is a Florida State University graduate, having earned her bachelor’s in music education and Viola Performance Certificate in 2012. She has previously served as Orchestra Director at Montford Middle School and Cobb Middle School and the inaugural Orchestra Director at Lincoln High School. She has also performed and was involved with the Florida Orchestra Association board as District Chairperson and has judged many FOA events across the state.

Mrs. Hagadorn-Brien currently performs with several orchestras in the Tri-State area, performs for local weddings and events, and teaches private lessons at Seepersaud Studios. Besides volunteering with local public schools to assist their orchestra programs and students, she is a chamber music instructor for Tallahassee Homeschool String Orchestra. Mrs. Hagadorn-Brien is excited to be serving in her tenth season with the TYO!
